If your daughter is struggling to fit in or find someone who gets them, this is exactly what will happen as we travel the roads of understanding, self respect and relection, understanding emotions and empowerment.   Together we will discuss and unpack the topics that mean the most to them. We will celebrate being perfectly imperfect. We come together to help ourselves and each other. There will be exercises as well as meditation, journaling, movement, mindfulness, teamwork, crafts, and much more.
