Held with Care: Infant Care & Safety for Expecting Families
Hands-on confidence for baby's first months
This two-hour class guides expecting couples through the everyday care and safety skills that matter most in the newborn stage. Together we'll practice reading baby's cues, newborn behaviour, swaddling, bathing/cord care, and diapering, and we'll walk through safe sleep and car seat basics. Each couple works with their own practice doll throughout, so you leave with real hands-on experience and the confidence that comes with it.
The class is taught through a trauma-informed lens, which means a welcoming pace, room for every question, and respect for the experiences and feelings each family brings. A printed take-home guide is included for every couple.
Designed for couples in the second half of pregnancy.
