About the event
Being a blossoming young women is complicated and can be messy! Whether your daughter is soaring or just trying to get off the ground, this is for her.
If your daughter is struggling to fit in or find someone who gets them, this is exactly what will happen as we travel the roads of understanding, self respect, and reflect into emotions and empowerment. Together we will unpack the topics that mean the most to them, right now. We will celebrate being perfectly imperfect and come together to help ourselves and each other. Through activities such as sharing, journaling, movement, mindfulness, teamwork, crafts, and much more we learn about how to move through the world in a healthy way now and in the future, honoring our bodies and the wisdom they carry.
