Small Group Circle Series???

I’m considering offering a small, intimate group series—a 6-week container with a weekly circle to gather, reflect, and recalibrate together. A space for grounding, connection, and gentle but meaningful shifts as we move through this season.

This would be a supportive, intentional space to slow down, tune in, and be witnessed—while also integrating practical tools for nervous system regulation and embodied clarity.

Before I shape it further, I’d love to know…Would you be interested in something like this? If so would do you prefer a virtual or in person gathering?

If so, feel free to comment or message me. I’d love to create something that truly meets what’s needed right now.

Last Night's Circle...

Last night’s circle was something truly special. There was a quiet kind of magic in the space—soft, steady, and deeply present—as we gathered to honor the threshold we’re standing in together.

This moment between seasons holds so much. A gentle shedding. A remembering. A return to what is ready to bloom.

As we step into spring, there’s an invitation to trust the unfolding—to honor what has been, while allowing ourselves to open to what’s emerging. Not rushed. Not forced. Just rooted, alive, and becoming.

I’m so grateful for each person who showed up with openness and courage. There’s something powerful about being witnessed in transition, about not having to cross these thresholds alone.

Spring is here.

March Sister Circle Community Gathering

And What a Circle it Was....

Last nights Circle felt especially meaningful as we gathered for the first Circle of Spring Season🌱

Together we explored the quiet wisdom of this season—the place where light begins to return, yet winter’s depth still lingers. A time of balance between dark and light, action and stillness, giving and receiving.

In Circle we planted seeds for what is emerging in our lives, honoring both the tender beginnings and the patience required for growth. There is something powerful about witnessing one another in this in-between space—where intention meets possibility.

Grateful for the women who came together to share, reflect, and tend the sacred space of becoming.

Spring is here, and something new is unfolding. ✨

Thanks, Willow. See you soon!

Our February Sister Circle Gather was so Tender

Last night’s circle was gentle and honest.

No fixing. No pushing. Just women gathering to talk about self-care and our relationship to feeling good.

We named how unfamiliar ease can feel. How often rest carries guilt. How “feeling good” sometimes feels undeserved or unsafe.

There was something powerful in slowing down together—listening to our bodies, sharing what support actually looks like right now, and letting simplicity be enough.

This is the medicine of circle. Not answers, but connection. Not transformation on demand, but tending.
