Community, connection, and sacred space are calling. I’m so excited to share two beautiful opportunities coming up in February to gather, rest, and remember ourselves together.

This Red Tent gathering will feature amazing practitioners offering supportive, heart-centered experiences designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel held in community. Come as you are—this is a space for rest, reflection, and renewal.

🌕 Sister Circle Community GatheringFebruary 9th | 6:30pmOur Sister Circle is a welcoming, grounded space to share, listen, and be witnessed. Together we’ll drop out of the busyness of daily life and into authentic connection—with ourselves and with one another. No fixing, no performing—just real women, real presence, and meaningful connection.

Last night’s Sister Circle was truly sacred. 🌿

We gathered as women to remember that our lives do not move in straight lines—we walk an evolutionary spiral. One that carries us again and again through birth, life, death, and rebirth. Each turn bringing deeper wisdom, greater compassion, and a more embodied sense of who we are becoming.

We spoke about the beautiful marriage of science and spirituality—how the spiral is not just a mystical symbol, but a truth written into nature itself. From shells to cells, the spiral reminds us that healing and growth are not about “going back,” but about returning with new awareness.

Join the Red Tent Gathering on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the beautiful Hanai Center in Bend, Oregon. This unique event is part of a global tradition of creating safe, nurturing spaces where women can gather in community, share wisdom, and reconnect with themselves.

The Red Tent offers a sacred pause from the busyness of life—a chance to reflect, restore, and honor the cycles of womanhood, community, and nature. Powerful facilitators will weave together storytelling, tea and reflection, drumming and singing and sacred self care to support women in feeling seen, heard, and held.

The February 1st gathering will honor the wisdom of women’s cycles—welcoming all who long for connection, clarity, and renewal.
