A Red Tent is a gathering rooted in ancient traditions where women came together to rest, reflect, share wisdom, and tend to their bodies and souls through life’s cycles. Historically, Red Tents were places of renewal during menstruation, pregnancy, birth, loss, menopause, and major transitions. Today, they are being lovingly reimagined as inclusive spaces for women of all ages and stages to reconnect with themselves and one another.
At its heart, a Red Tent is about slowing down, being witnessed, and remembering who you are beneath the roles you carry.
Why Red Tents Matter Now
Modern life often pulls women away from their bodies, intuition, and community. Many of us are navigating burnout, grief, change, longing, and growth—often alone.
Red Tents create a container where:
You don’t have to perform or fix yourself
Your story is honored
Your body is respected as wise
Your nervous system can soften and settle
Your feminine rhythms are welcomed, not rushed
When women gather intentionally, something powerful happens. We remember our resilience. We reclaim our voice. We feel less alone.
