Sister Circle Gathering

Last night’s Sister Circle was truly sacred. 🌿

We gathered as women to remember that our lives do not move in straight lines—we walk an evolutionary spiral. One that carries us again and again through birth, life, death, and rebirth. Each turn bringing deeper wisdom, greater compassion, and a more embodied sense of who we are becoming.

We spoke about the beautiful marriage of science and spirituality—how the spiral is not just a mystical symbol, but a truth written into nature itself. From shells to cells, the spiral reminds us that healing and growth are not about “going back,” but about returning with new awareness.

In the spiral:

• What looks like regression is actually integration

• What we’ve lived before is met again with more resources, more choice, more love

  
  

We are always evolving, always shedding, always emerging.

So much tenderness, insight, and remembering filled the space last night. I left feeling deeply grateful for this circle of brave, honest hearts and for the ancient wisdom that continues to guide us home to ourselves.
